Casa Daza by Sandy Daza

Sandy Daza’s name has been a household in the world of Philippine cooking and his empanadas are a must-try by many. From his original flavors of beef and pork, people now have seven flavors to choose from including vegetarian empanada. The best part? You can order them online to heat yourself or head over to the different Casa Daza branches in Metro Manila. Each empanada is priced at P80 and you can get a box of six for P470.

Mommy Mikee’s Kitchen

Fashion designer and stylist Mikee Andrei loves cooking and in between her busy schedule, she would whip up delicious recipes inspired by her years in Bohol. Her empanadas have been a big hit among her clients including beauty queens and have actually been given as gifts as well.

If you want to try Mikee’s empanadas, best to order in advance and have them delivered the next day. The best part is that you can get it for P350 for a box of 12. Aside from empanada, Mikee also offers seafood, pastries, and even homecooked meals that you can bring with you to the office.

Mama Empanada

Mama Empanada according to its description says that three mamas have been holding the recipe since 1979. Upon checking their menu, the empanadas are not just the usual flavors. They have Italian Sausage and Sriracha Chicken if you are looking for something spicy.

Aside from the different empanadas, they are also located in four areas you can pick up the order or you can have it delivered via Food Panda or Grab.

Hola Empanadas is slowly building a cult following among youngsters in the Metro. One customer even dubbed it as “the Empanada Croissant.” Their flavors such as ham and cheese, mozzarella, bacon cream cheese, and vega samosa are just some of the must-tries.
