Congratulations to Angelica Panganiban and Gregg Homan on the birth of their beautiful daughter!
Angelica Panganiban is officially a mother! On Friday, September 23, the actress gave a sneak peek of her daughter Amila Sabine Homan.
“[Been] waiting for you all my life,” she captioned the photo with her daughter’s name and indicated she gave birth last September 20.
Showbiz friends such as Janine Gutierrez, Ritz Azul, Mariel Padilla, and Marian Rivera commented on the arrival of Amila Sabine.
(UPDATE) In an Instagram post on October 20, Angelica shared a close-up photo of Amila in as she turned 1 month old.
“Hello, world! It’s been a month. Mom and Dad are finally ready to share me with you. So, here I am!”
Angelica’s preparations as a mom
It was in March when Angelica confirmed that she and her partner Gregg were expecting their first child together. Since then, she has expressed her excitement about becoming a mom, having worked in showbiz when she was a child.
“Sabi ko nga ang sarap magbuntis parang alagang alaga ka parang bini-baby ka ng lahat, parang ayaw mong matapos. Sobrang thankful lang talaga and masayang-masaya lang ang pakiramdam ko dahil ang daming naging masaya, ang daming naging masaya sa balita at nakakataba ng puso na maramdamam na ang daming sumusuporta at nagmamahal hindi lang sa akin kung hindi sa magiging pamilya ko rin,” she said during an interview with Star Magic’s Inside News.
(It’s actually fun being pregnant. Because everyone takes care of you. And you don’t want it to end. I am so thankful and I am just so happy because so many people are happy about the news. It’s heartwarming to know the support and love not only for me but for my soon-to-be family.)
Angelica has documented her preparations including appearing on her friend Camille Prats’ cooking vlog and having a baby shower.
