Angelica Panganiban Reminds Moms to Check on Themselves
Actress Angelica Panganiban, who is enjoying being a mom to her daughter Amila Sabine, tells moms not to forget to take care of themselves.
Angelica Panganiban is relishing her life as a mother but it doesn’t mean she is not forgetting herself. In an Instagram post on Monday, March 27, the actress shared some photos of her and her daughter Amila Sabine, reminding fellow moms to also take time to check on themselves.
“Reminder to check on yourself once in a while. Tayong mga momsies, marami na tayong iniisip at inaalagaan,” she wrote.
“Wag kalimutan ang sarili lalo na at summer naaaaa! Wag hayaang mahulas ka ng ganun ganun na lang,” she ended the post with some humor.
Life as a mom
Since becoming a mom last year, Angelica and her fiancé Gregg Homan have been attending to Amila. The couple would occasionally go to Manila from Zambales, where they are currently based.
Angelica and Gregg have also been active in sharing videos of their journey as first-time parents, documenting struggles of breastfeeding and tips they have been getting from family and close friends.
Amila Sabine was recently baptized and the couple’s friends were in attendance.
