Chrissy Teigen and John Legend Introduce Daughter Esti Maxine
Chrissy Teigen posted a photo of her new daughter Esti along with her siblings Miles and Luna.
Chrissy Teigen formally introduced her and John Legend’s third child, a daughter, Esti Maxene Stephens, who was born last January 13.
“She’s here! Esti Maxine Stephens. The house is bustling and our family could not be happier,” Chrissy wrote on Thursday, January 20.
“Daddy sheds nightly tears of joy seeing Luna and Miles so full of love, and I am learning you still need diapers with a c-section!? We are in bliss. Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we feel it all.”
John also shared the news on his Twitter account. “On Friday, we welcomed Esti Maxine Stephens to our family, and our house is overflowing with love and joy.”
Several of the couple’s friends posted messages about Esti’s arrival and well wishes for the couple.
A blessing after the storm
Esti Maxine’s arrival is a big blessing for the model and cookbook author after she and John experienced a miscarriage back in 2020. For Chrissy, it was one of the most painful moments in her life as a mother.
“We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough,” she wrote at that time.
Chrissy Teigen confirmed the pregnancy back in August. Congratulations!
