Dionne Monsanto, who is 20 weeks pregnant, reveals the news on her birthday.
Former Pinoy Big Brother Housemate and actress Dionne Monsanto is going to be a mom. She announced the news she was 20 weeks pregnant on Sunday, December 5.
In an Instagram video, Dionne wrote: “Best birthday & birthday gift so far. This year has given me sooo much! I moved to a new country, learned a new language, discovered new interests, got engaged, married my best friend and love of my life @nayr_redlats, and together, we traveled and discovered different countries and cultures. BUT, this may be our most exciting adventure yet!”
“I have never been this in love with life, and with love itself. I am so wildly grateful to the universe for conspiring in my favor. Thank you so much to our family and friends who have given us nothing but love, positivity, and excitement for our growing family.”
Several of her showbiz friends such as Angelica Panganiban, Yam Concepcion, Rachel Peters, and Rodjun Cruz congratulated her on her pregnancy.
Away from the spotlight
Dionne Monsanto first found popularity when she became a housemate in Pinoy Big Brother in 2007. She later starred in several shows such as The General’s Daughter, Tubig & Langis, and A Soldier’s Heart.
Last February, she announced that she was engaged to Filipino-Swiss Ryan Stadler, who she married in March. She has since relocated to Switzerland, where Ryan is based.
