Gallery by Chele’s Latest Menu Will Make You Want it for Christmas

Christmas is just weeks away and as restrictions slowly ease, more and more families are making plans—including Christmas dinners. While the holidays see families busy cooking in the kitchens, some prefer to have their dinners catered. Meanwhile, some head over to their favorite restaurants. Gallery by Chele, the restaurant by Chef Jose Luis “Chele” Gonzalez, and his culinary partner, Carlos Villaflor, recently launched its latest menu. It’s a wonderful offering that includes mixing Filipino and international cuisine.
A Fusion of Flavors
The menu includes corn tamales that infuse a laksa taste, Bicol Chawanmushi, which makes use of Bicol Express and green chili oil, and their own version of kare-kare.
It also includes prawns with Hollandaise sauce and sigarilyas called the French Connection, HMB, their own version of Zumba. And of course, let’s not forget desserts such as the bibingka cheesecake.
During an intimate event, the food was complemented by tablescapes provided by chemist and entrepreneur, Pinky Tobiano. Pinky has been creating beautiful tablescapes with love to make dining all the more joyful and unforgettable for family and friends.
And there’s more. You can have the chance to taste the restaurant’s menu by choosing a 5-course meal starting at P2,950 or a 9-course meal, which starts at P3,950. You also have the option to pick a vegetarian menu and pair the meals with either wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic beverages.
