Garie Concepcion is Expecting Her First Child with Michael Pangilinan
Garie Concepcion, sister of KC Concepcion, confirmed that she and Michael Pangilinan are expecting their first child together this May.
Garie Concepcion announced that she and her boyfriend, singer Michael Pangilinan, are expecting their first child. She made the confirmation on her Instagram, tagging Michael in the video.
Garrie says she felt that she was being redirected to a new role.
“The struggle has been real but I hang on to the thought that God is somehow redirecting my life for the better,” she narrated. “He is preparing me for the biggest role of my life. I am about to embark on a life journey that is very new to me, an adventure I know will change me and my life forever. Out of all the surprises that life has thrown at me, this by far is the best one yet.”
The video included a picture of several pregnancy test kits and sonogram photos. “We cannot wait to meet you, hold you in our arms, and watch you grow up to be the person that you truly want to be. Thank you for choosing us to be your parents. But most of all, thank you Lord Jesus for blessing us with our little one. See you in a few months baby bean.”
The video ended with the announcement that the baby will arrive in May.
Several of their friends congratulated them on the new chapter of their lives.
Who are Garie Concepcion and Michael Pangilinan?
Garie is the daughter of Gabby Concepcion with Grace Ibuna. Her sisters include KC Concepcion and Chloie Syquia-Skarne. She is a singer, actress, and host who has done several music videos and appearances on TV and in film.
Michael Pangilinan on the other hand is a singer-songwriter who rose to fame for participating in Your Face Sounds Familiar. He was also part of the group Harana before pursuing a solo career.
The child is the second for Michael who has a son named Ezekiel with ex-girlfriend Erin Ocampo.
