Iza Calzado Introduces Daughter Deia Amihan
Two months after giving birth, Iza Calzado gives a glimpse of her Bunbun Deia Amihan Wintle. She is named after her character from Encantadia.
Two months after going on a social media break, actress Iza Calzado and her husband Ben Wintle gave their followers a glimpse of their daughter named Deia Amihan Calzado Wintle.
“Words can’t describe the love we’re feeling as we introduce our precious baby girl, Deia Amihan Calzado Wintle,” the couple announced on Instagram, Sunday, March 26.
“Born on January 26th, 2023, she’s already stolen our hearts and brought so much joy into our lives. We’re so grateful for the love and support from our family and friends, and can’t wait for all the adventures that lie ahead. Big love from our family to yours!”
Several of the couple’s friends including sister-in-law Bianca King-Wintle expressed their happiness and congratulated the couple.
The baby’s second name is special to Iza as it’s the name of her iconic role in the hit fantaserye Encantadia.
Social media break
Before Iza and Ben went on hiatus on social media, the couple shared a few maternity photos taken by BJ Pascual. They also had a baby shower sponsored by their friends.
It was in August when Iza announced that she and Ben were expecting their first child.
Iza’s last big project was the role of Leonor in Darna.
