Katarina Rodriguez is Pregnant with Baby 2: Oops I Did it Again!
Katarina Rodriguez and her partner Nino Barbers are pregnant with their second baby. The beauty queen announced it with a Britney Spears-inspired shoot.
Beauty queen and model Katarina Rodriguez is pregnant again! On Wednesday, October 12, the Miss World Philippines 2018 title holder posted a photo of her in a red bodysuit channeling Britney Spears from her hit song, “Oops! I Did It Again.”
“Oops!… I Did It Again,” she posted followed by the hashtag #BabyNumber2.
Katarina also shared a few behind-the-scenes videos of the shoot on her Instagram Stories. The photoshoot was done by photographer Josh Tolentino and creative direction was done by PJ Almera.
In another post, she revealed that she’s expecting her baby this coming January 2023.
Several of Katarina’s friends including MJ Lastimosa, Pia Wurtzbach, Thia Thomallia, and Michelle Dee congratulated her.
The Barbers Family is growing
Baby number 2 will join the couple’s son Joaquin who turned one early this year. Speaking to Modern Parenting last April, Katarina talked about her rebirth after having a family.
“I did not feel like myself. And it wasn’t a bad experience for me at all. It was just interesting. I really just went with the flow and took everything as is. I try not to put pressure on myself like, ‘Okay, I need to be back to who I was pre-pregnancy in 2 or 3 months.’ I’m really embracing being a new mom; being a young mom. And it’s almost like a rebirth for me, too. That’s how I look at the whole experience,” she said.
“It’s the birth of my son, the birth of this new chapter in my life, of a new family, and it’s such a beautiful feeling and transition. Because I can take my old self and this new self and just tie everything together,” she added.
