Whether by blood or by friendship, sisterhood is the strongest bond a woman or mom can ever have. And for celebrity mom Dimples Romana, it proves true as her her sisters-in-motherhood Bea Alonzo and Angel Locsin-Arce decided to throw a surprise baby shower for her third child. Dimples Romana, being a bookworm, called the event a mom’s baby shower event dreams come true. An open book to Peter Rabbit served as the entrance before letting guests into the magical white and blue party.
With white flowers, linens, and blue flatware, stylist Randy Lazaro worked alongside Juan Carlo The Caterer to create the gorgeous event. To add more color, Dylan Patisserie served up some carrot and rabbit-themed pastries! From cakes, cupcakes, and little pancakes, it was too cute to ignore!
True to the theme, souvenirs were little crocheted rabbits by Arteegram Manila and The Project Baby. It got everyone hopping up and down, especially with their MOMosa bar: The Mixed Mobile Bar.
Sharing the Light and Love for Baby Elio
What Dimples Romana believed to be a brand shoot was actually a surprise baby shower by her two friends. Tearful and touched, she took to Instagram to thank the two masterminds behind the event. “My friends truly are the biggest stars in the universe not just because they are famous and respected in what they do. But ultimately because THEY KNOW HOW TO SHARE THEIR LIGHT with people like me who need a little bit more push in finding my own brightness each and every time. So cheers to those of you like my dearest @therealangellocsin @beaalonzo who continue to make others shine brightly by sharing their own light. Love you all beyond words 🥹 Elio is well LOVED. ♥️”
