With her name meaning Queen of the Sea, many expected Mia Semerad to have an underwater-themed party. But her parents, Sam Pinto and Anthony Semerad, went with a warm color palette instead. As if reflecting the sunset on the beach! Styled with balloons, rabbits, and flowers by Party Curators PH, here are some shots from Mia Semerad’s 1st Birthday in Alta Guia.
A Birthday on the Horizon as Mia Turns 1!
Like every sunset, the motif was orange, yellow, red, and white. Mia had a cream board with an elegant white script reading, “Mia Is One!”
While the guests enjoyed the elegant setup, no kid’s party would be complete without a ball pit and inflatable castle. Mia Semerad’s first birthday had an inflatable white castle and a ball pit filled with pink, rust, pale yellow, and white balls for extra color. The setup came from City Jump N’ Slide.
Instead of the typical candy, it was pillows by Arteegram Manila for souvenirs!

A gorgeous birthday fit for the Queen of the Sea
When Sam Pinto first talked about her plans for motherhood, she was elated at the thought of having a little girl. Mia made that wish come true as Sam now has her bucket list of things she wants to do with her daughter. Once again, happy 1st birthday, to the queen of the sea, Mia Aya Semerad!
