Nadine Samonte Welcomes 3rd Child
Welcome to the world, Harmony Saige Chua!
Actress Nadine Samonte and her husband Rboy Chua announced the arrival of their third child Harmony Saige Chua on Tuesday, November 30.
In an Instagram post, Nadine thanked her OB doctor for helping her with the difficult pregnancy she has been through with Harmony.
“Ginagamit ka talaga ni Lord to help me and other mommies out there. I will always be thankful. Grabe ang journey ng third ko pero we survived. Thank you also to Dra. Sua for taking care of Harmony and to all the nurses and doctors, thank you,” Nadine said.
She thanked the family pastor and Rboy’s support as well.
Rboy, in a separate Instagram post, wrote: “The Great Equalizer has finally arrived! The referee to Heather and Titus, the Queen, the Bunso, the Star of our household. Welcome my beautiful daughter Harmony Saige Chua.”
Nadine Samonte’s difficult pregnancy
Prior to harmony’s arrival, Nadine has been open about her difficult pregnancy in several Instagram posts. Last October 6, Nadine shared a photoshoot, wherein she shared about having APAS and PCOS while pregnant.
“I know after posting this madaming comments na negatve na sasabihin ang taba taba ko na hehe well thats normal and lumalaki talaga ang ibang mommies tuwing nabubuntis,” she said. “All I can say is I don’t care. One thing I learned is hindi dapat magpaapekto sa mga taong nagsasabi ng negative sa atin lalo na we are all doing this for our baby.”
(I know after posting this, I’ll get so many comments that I’ve gotten fat. Well, that’s normal and many moms get big when they’re pregnant. All I can say is I don’t care. One thing I’ve learned is not to be affected by the negative comments people say especially when we are doing this for our baby.)
“Ang dami kong pinagdaanan sa pagbubuntis ko and lahat ng ito super worth it. Madami gusto magkaanak at isa ako sa pinagpala kaya iniingatan ko ito. Sa mga gusto magkaanak wag kayo mawalan ng pagasa because ibibigay ni Lord sa tamang panahon.”
(I’ve gone through a lot with my pregnancy and everything was super worth it. There are a lot of women out there who want to have a child and I am one of those fortunate to be a mother. To those who want to have a child, don’t lose hope because the Lord will give it to you at the right time.)
In a November 2 post, she wrote that 35 weeks, she started experiencing contractions and said that she has been praying for the safe delivery of her child.
Nadine Samonte, who rose to fame as part of the original batch of GMA 7’s Starstruck has two other children – Heather and Titus.
