Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan’s ‘Tampuhan’ is a Reminder that Relationships Hit Rough Patches

In a series of Instagram posts, Sharon Cuneta shared that she and Kiko Pangilinan had a quarrel that almost led to their breakup.

We all look up to celebrity couples because we think they have it all. But they are also human and go through challenges like every husband and wife or partner. Sharon Cuneta recently posted a series of photos on Instagram about her tampuhan with her husband, former senator Kiko Pangilinan, which almost led to a breakup. The photos were taken during the birthday of Yohan Agoncillo, Judy Ann Santos’ daughter. Sharon and Judy Ann are close friends.

Almost lead to a separation

In the captions, Sharon hinted about her and Kiko’s quarrel, which she mentioned lasted for six months.

Bati na kami today after pagkahaba habang LQ mula pa nung nasa U.S. kami ni Nana @reginevalcasid!” Sharon shared. “Kaya sa lahat ng Korea vlogs ko sa YouTube di kami halos magtabi.”

In another post, Sharon teased Kiko: “Sige pagbutihan mo naybor para Sutart ka na ulit after 6 months!”

Kala ko single na ako uli next year. Ayan buti bati na!” she added.

In her last post, Sharon confirmed that she and Kiko almost broke up. “Reunited after a 6-month long L.Q. which we thought would lead to a separation.”

Sharon did not elaborate on the reason why they fought.

Not the first time

Although Sharon did not divulge the reason why they quarreled, this was not the first time she and Kiko almost broke up. Back in 2018, Sharon shared that her marriage to Kiko almost ended in 2017.

“To Kiko, thank you. We’ve been through so much. We almost lost each other last year,” she said back then.

Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan share three kids – Kakie, Miel, and Miguel. Sharon has a daughter, KC, from her marriage to Gabby Concepcion.

The quarrel between the two is a reminder to parents that relationships hit rough roads. This is why it’s important to take a step back and communicate with each other.
