Spider-Man: No Way Home – Your Kids Will Love It!
Spider-Man: No Way Home shows what teenage superhero Spiderman has to go through especially when he finds out that he just becomes public enemy no. 1!
Looks like Marvel’s on the roll for movies for your kids! Releasing the Eternals trailer a few days ago, they’ve just released: Spider-Man: No Way Home! For those who watched Spider-Man: Far From Home with their kids, we’re left with the hanger where Mysterio not only shows Peter Parker as Spider-Man but also his killer. And judging from the trailer, it looks like Peter Parker (played by the ever-adorable Tom Holland) has a lot on his plate. Not just from the world, but also in school! He soon finds himself in the same spot that Tony Stark used to be: being blamed and bullied as the reason why the world nearly fell apart.
Every teen’s story at one point
Although our kids may not shoot webs, fight an evil titan who believes that killing half the planet’s life is a better idea, or have someone to design them a super-suit (we could if we want to) but, Spider-Man: No Way Home tackles what kids and teens go through a lot in life: bullying. Every little moment, people then have him under a microscope. The strong public relations Mysterio had still lingered and paints him very well to be a villain, leading to more harsh comments, bullying, and moments where he begins to doubt himself: Should he really be Spider-man?
As the bullying continues, Peter Parker goes to Dr. Strange (one of the old avengers) making a wish that all our kids probably would have made about this pandemic and maybe their bullying: “I wish whatever started it, never happened.”
While our kids may not have that power, Peter Parker has the ever rule-defying Dr. Strange as his ally. The Sorcerer Supreme decides to help him in which Peter realizes that there are just some things you can’t control. The trailer of Spider-Man: No Way Home even ends with Dr. Strange sending him an ominous message, “Be careful what you wish for, Parker.”
Spider-Man: No Way Home – Something your kids will relate to
Based on the trailer alone, we’re pretty hyped on how Peter Parker plans to jump over this hurdle in his superhero career. After all, the world is his villain, his bully and we know that feeling all too well when it’s “us against the world” especially when that bully is seen as a “good member” of society. And if you’re wondering what’s a good Christmas gift to give your teens or kids this pandemic, this will be it.
