Kaye is proof that with every setback, there is always an opportunity — we just have to keep an open mind and follow our hearts.

Another food business borne out of quarantine is What’s Abby Baking by young entrepreneur, Abby Cruz, whose love language is food. While finding ways to connect to people during the lockdown, she said that baking helped her show people that she cares. Her apple crumble is a huge hit! Striking the perfect balance of textures and flavors, this makes for a great snack, dessert, even breakfast. Tip: Best served warm with a side of vanilla ice cream.
